FAQs
Are your products fragrance free? 
All of the products we carry are fragrance free or unscented.  We try to only purchase items that are tolerable to my mother with MCS.  Although they are tolerable to her, they may not work for everyone.
 
Q: Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes. Our shopping cart has 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data protection. (The highest allowed by federal law.)

Q: Do you sell or give out customer names and addresses or email? 
No, we only use addresses and email addresses to ship your orders and to contact you should questions arise.  Email addresses are used for monthly newsletters and specials only if you request to be included on our mailing list.
 
Q: Do you have free samples?
We do not, we have to charge a fee for the samples we send out.  Most companies do not sell or give us samples - we must take the time and effort to divide each product into a sample size jar or bag and then label it accordingly.  It is very tedious and time consuming but we feel it is a very valuable option for many of our customers.
 
Q: How much is included in a sample?
Personal applications will depend on how many times you can use a sample.  In most cases, we provide enough of a cosmetic to be applied at least 2-3 times. The shampoos and other samples are sent in 1/4 oz jars and will normally allow for 1-2 uses, again depending on the amount used.
Please note that the pressed makeup samples such as eye shadow, blush, and powder will appear crumbled in the sample bags.
 
Q: What do you use for packaging in your shipments?
We use a variety of materials in packaging your order such as packing peanuts, bubble wrap, plastic bags, and shredded paper.  We try to be environmentally conscience and use packing from our vendor shipments that we receive in-house.
Q: Why do you not charge actual shipping charges?
We do charge actual shipping rates via FedEx, they are calcuated automatically in our system.
We are uanble to automatically charge USPS shipping rates at this time. Due to the difference in size and weight of all of our packages - shipping can not always be calculated appopriately. We try to be as fair as possible but the shipping charge also includes handling time, boxes and packing material.
Q: What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns on many of our products due to the nature of our customer base.  We realize that our products will not work for everyone so we do offer samples and urge customers to try them before purchasing a large item of something that may not be able to use.
 
We can NOT accept returns on opened products, cosmetics including lipsticks, masks or the sinus relief systems.  For more information on returns, please see our Terms of Service page.

Q: Can I phone in my order?
Yes, we accept phone orders at 336-510-0585  during normal business hours Monday - Thursday (9 AM - 4 PM EST).  However, we are sometimes away from the office or on the phone so please leave us a message and we will return your call promptly.  Email is the easiest way to contact us.
 
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
In most cases, orders are processed with within 1-2 days after you place it.  Occasionally, your order may include backordered items and we will not ship the order until all items can be sent out.
 
Q: What if my order has backordered items? 
Backordered items may cause your order to be delayed for several days.  We will wait for all items to arrive before sending out the order to save on shipping costs.  In most cases, when items are backordered, we are just awaiting the arrival of the items.  Please contact us if you are concerned about when your order will ship.
