If your school or organization is working to improve nutrition and/or reduce lunchtime waste, consider a school fundraiser. For example, each laptop lunch system sold, your school or organization would receive $7.00.
1.Print the Parent Order Form that you will be distribute to participating families. This form lists all of the items that are offered during the fundraiser. 2.Print the School Order Form to consolidate all orders and send to us with payment after all the orders have been collected. This form is a tally sheet for all of the Parent orders that have been placed and has the payment information and where to send the orders.
4.Enlist a parent of staff volunteer to collect orders and payment from participants.
5.Make photocopies of the parent order form and distribute to participants. You may also want to set up a booth to take orders at PTA meetings, festival or during or after school.
6.Collect orders and payment, tally them up and submit payment to the school.Request a check from the school for the total amount, less the amount your school has earned.
7.Submit the School Order Form and payment to us via mail or you can fax the order form with credit card information:

8. When your shipment arrives, distribute items to participants. Email any questions/concerns to info@refreshinglyfree.com.
**Please note that to qualify for this fundraiser, the entire order must be shipped to a single address and paid for with one credit card or check. Minimum order = 20 items.
