Ingredients Are Important
The quality of the ingredients determines the quality of the product. At Green Mountain Soap, they use only food grade oils to mke their soap and alot of olive oil. Olive oil is expensive but it makes a gentle soap that produces smooth, creamy lather. We also use coconut oil because it produces alot of glycerine. 

Green Mountain soaps are: fragrance free, gluten free, latex free, casein free, free of all parabens including methylparaben, alcohol free, dye free, tree nut free, peanut and ground nut free, corn free, soy free, and free of any shellfish & fish derivatives. Our bath and liquid soaps contain no essential oils, no perfumes, no dyes or colorings, no mineral oil or petroleum, no aluminum or alum, no sodium lauryl sulfate and no pesticides. All our soaps are all-natural.  
 
Ingredients: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Potassium hydroxide, and Distilled water.  Final product after the soap is reacted: Soap (actually, potassium soap in this case), Glycerine, Distilled water.
