We are not always available to take a call when it comes in as we may be busy doing other things, out of the office or on the phone. We check messages daily and try to return calls promptly. Email warrants our quickest reponse as we check these often and can return them at any time of day.
Holidays Orders are normally shipped out within 2-3 business days following the holiday. If high volumes occur during pre-holiday shipping seasons, the orders could take over 72 hours to be shipped. We try to post the actual dates we are closed on our website. However, these are the holidays our office is closed:
Easter - Friday and Monday
Memorial Day
July 4th (normally the week of)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
Orders may be placed on these days but will not ship until after the holiday. Occasionally during the holidays, it is more difficult for us to get items in and shipped out so please be patient. Please note: the USPS observes some holidays we do not, but we are unable to ship out packages on those days. So you should please allow additional time if you order around a USPS holidays.
