Are your products guaranteed lead (and other harmful toxins) free? and is it safe to store acidic foods ie: blueberries, tomato sauce etc.?  Yes, we test our products and bring only the safest, non-leaching, 304 grade SS to the market. Very food safe!

Where is your stainless steel from and where are manufacturered/made? Our containers are made in India, as they are the world’s biggest producer of steel. In  fact the USA imports much of our steel from them, and the steel mogul of the world is Indian. We would love and strive to make all in the USA, but this is not possible at this time.

What type of plastic are your plastic lids made from? It is a #4 plastic and is BPA free and phthalate free, which means it does not contain hormone disruptors.

Can you tell me where the kids lunch sacks are made? The lunch sacks are made in India.

Are the stainless steel containers and lids dishwasher safe? Yes, they can be washed in the dishwasher.

Since the cotton lunch sacks are not conducive to using an ice pack that will sweat, what do you recommend for keeping items cold?  You can place the stainless steel containers in the refrigerator overnight or for even 5-10 minutes will keep the items cold for a long period of time.
