Safe N Soft Fabric Softener

A concentrated fabric softener which is free of dyes, fragrances, volatile chemicals and solvents. Safe 'N Soft is vegetable based, unlike most other fabric softeners which are based on tallow, a by-product of the animal processing industry. It is biodegradable and, being vegetable based, it is easy on the environment. It also has superior rewetting properties so your towels will be more absorbent, soft and static free!*

Regular Wash Use: Add 1 ounce of Safe 'N Soft to rinse cycle or use 1 ounce in your washer's fabric softener dispenser as instructed on your machine.

Dryer Use: Dilute 1 to 2 tbsp. Safe 'N Soft in 1 to 3 ounces water and apply to dampened wash cloth; toss in dryer with damp wash. OR you can dilute Safe 'N Soft 50/50 with water in a spray bottle and apply 5-10 squirts directly on the damp clothes in the dryer.

Hand Wash: Dilute 1/2 tsp. Safe 'N Soft in 1 cup water and add to final rinse water. Mix well.

Oxy-Boost Destainer/Deodorizer Oxygen Bleach

People have been using chlorine bleach in their laundries since the end of the 18th century. While these products work very well in whitening clothes chlorine bleaches do have a negative effect upon the environment because of their chemistry. Care must be taken in using chlorine bleach as it is toxic to humans, animals, and plants.* Also, we all have experienced destroying a colored article of clothing because chlorine bleach was accidentally spilled on it.

OXY-BOOST is a safe and effective alternative to chlorine based products and it can be used in many applications in and around the home. It is based on sodium percarbonate which uses oxygen for destaining and deodorizing. OXY-BOOST is safe to use at all temperatures, on most washable fabrics, and all colors, in hard or soft water, and is compatible with other household cleaners.

Also, it produces no harmful by-products which negatively affect the environment. Unlike chlorine bleach, which can merely cover up a stain, Oxy-Boost attacks and breaks down organic stains to totally remove them from the garment. For Oxy-Boost uses and instructions, please see the Oxy Boost Uses.

Laundry

In the laundry OXY-BOOST is used to destain, deodorize, and whiten. It is very effective as a laundry presoak for heavily stained articles. For light soils add 1ounce of OXY-BOOST with your laundry detergent per load. For moderate soils use 2 ounces and for heavily soiled articles use 4 ounces. 

To whiten and deodorize diapers or to destain cloth menstrual pads add 4-6 ounces of OXY-BOOST into the soak cycle. Soak in hot water for at least 30 minutes, or overnight, then complete wash cycle.

For whitening old linens and yellowed window shears, deodorizing and cleaning tennis shoes, or to get rid of yellow armpit stains on shirts: soak in 2 ounces of OXY-BOOST per gallon of water for at least one hour, or overnight, then rinse.

Allergy Free Liquid Laundry

Allergy-Free is a non-caustic/pH neutral product that gives basic cleaning of most stains, soils and dirt found in the laundry. Allergy-Free should be used with Oxy-Boost Oxygen Bleach Destainer and Deodorizer to give the best performance in cleaning and stain removal. Allergy-Free is safe for all washable fabrics, including gentle care items.

GENERAL USE DIRECTIONS FOR ALLERGY-FREE: Begin filling washer with water, add Allergy-Free, then add laundry.  For regular sized washers and normally soiled loads use 1/4 cup (2oz) of Allergy-Free.

For large size washers add one half cup (4 oz) of Allergy-Free. For heavily soiled loads use 1/4 cup of Allergy-Free with 2 ounces of Oxy-Boost. Oxy-Boost (2-4 ounces per gallon of warm to hot water) can also be used as a pre-soak before washing with Allergy-Free.

For Hand Washables: Add 1-2 teaspoons of Allergy-Free to a basin of lukewarm water. Follow any special washing instructions with unique garments.
