Information regarding our Refund Policy, Cancellations, Payment Options, and Customer Service, etc.

 
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email us within 30 days to receive an exchange or store credit, less shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will apply to those who wish to receive a refund.  Please email us at sales@refreshinglyfree.com before sending your order back to get an authorization number for your store credit.

We are a small company and are unable to accept returns on partially empty/used bottles and products due the nature of our customer base. Samples are available to test items before purchasing a large bottle.
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges with any of our Cosmetics including lipsticks, sunscreens, Masks, or the SinuCleanse product.
Samples of the cosmetics are available and we suggest you order a sample of the product before purchasing the whole product to ensure the product is right for you.
 
Our goal is to provide you with safe, quality products so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at sales@refreshinglyfree.com.
 
Backordered/Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock when your order is placed, we will hold your order until the backordered product(s) arrive. In some cases, we may ship the order without the backordered item for special circumstances (i.e. the manufacturer is out of stock.)
 
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled while it is still being processed within 24 hours of the order. Please call us or email us at sales@refreshinglyfree.com to cancel your order. If the order has been processed and shipped out, then you can return the product for a refund or exchange, via the Refund Policy.

Payment Options
We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Money Orders are also accepted. If you wish to use a money order, the order may be placed via the Internet or by mail. If it is placed via the Internet, the money order will have to received at the Refreshingly Free office before the order will be shipped.

We can also accept debit cards with a Visa Logo, but are currently unable to accept checks or take cash on delivery.

Prices listed on our web site are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to advise you any change in price before shipping your order.

Customer Service If you require delivery information or an order adjustment, please call (336) 510-0585 Monday - Thursday between 9 am - 4 pm EST or send us an email at sales@refreshinglyfree.com (email is the best option).   If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.  For quicker response, please email us as we check email most often.
 
Warranty and Safety Information
All items sold on our web page are guaranteed under their manufacturer. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every person. Each customer is responsible for reading the ingredients listed on the product to see if it will be acceptable.
Although our products are fragrance free, there still may some people with multiple chemical sensitivity that will be unable to use them for whatever reason. Therefore, we offer samples of the products we can and recommend the purchase a sample if you are unsure of the product. We can not accept opened and partially consumed products for refund due to the nature of our customer base.
 
Catalogs We are currently not offering catalogs but hope to again in the near future.
