Shipping Policy

Information Regarding Shipping Options and Timeframes

Shipping Timeframes
Orders will normally be processed within 2-3 days of receipt on business days. Our business days are Monday – Thursday 9 AM- 4 PM EST. If your order is placed after 10 on Thursday or over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. We ship orders out on Mondays and Thursdays unless it is a priority order which we try to get out as soon as possible.

Shipping Options:
United States Postal Service by Parcel Post (usually 3-10 days): All packages will be delivered this way unless another service is selected. These packages will not include delivery confirmation (tracking).

Priority Mail (2-4 days): Will be on average an additional $4.00 and packages will generally arrive in 2-5 business days for US orders. We normally try to process Priority mail orders quickly and send them out as soon as possible.

FedEx Home Delivery: normally take between 2-5 days depending on destination which includes tracking numbers. FedEx orders are shipped out once a week.

Heavier packages (usually over about 6 pounds and gallon size bottles) will be sent via FedEx only, regardless of the service selected.

We will occasionally choose which service is best for our customers based on the items in an order and the destination time. Delivery times will vary due to the destination of the package. We are a family run business and will do our best to have quick turnaround times. If you have a problem or need a product quickly, please give us a call at (336) 510-0585.

Canadian Customers: All Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS Air Mail (5-10 days) and shipping charges are based on the weight of the package. In some instances, additional shipping charges may apply.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers We do ship orders to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS and the shipping charges are based on weight. However, our system may not always calculate these charges appropriately and an additional shipping charge may be added to your order.

Holidays
Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days following the holiday. If high volumes occur during pre-holiday shipping seasons, the orders could take over 48 hours to be shipped. These holidays include:

Easter Friday and Monday
Memorial Day
July 4th holiday
Labor Day
Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
Orders may be placed on these days but will not ship until after the holiday. We can not ship items on holidays where USPS, FedEx and/or UPS are closed so please allow an additional day or two in these instances.

Shipping and Handling Charges
All shipping and handling charge are based upon the weight of the items ordered. We try to charge the actual shipping costs for each order but find it is very difficult to do since we offer so many different sized items. We reserve the right to update our shipping charges based on the order size.
